La Louvière Kéramis
Demolition of existing buildings and reconstruction of an apartment building with commercial units.
The Keramis project draws its singularity from its facade cladding, composed of light and golden panels enhanced with a mesh adorned with a faience motif.
This architectural envelope captures daylight and animates the urban landscape throughout the day, making the building a visual landmark that the seasons and viewing angles continually renew. On the ground floor, two commercial spaces open onto the street and contribute to the life of the neighbourhood.
Functional basement workshops complete this level. On the upper floors, five comfortable apartments offer modern and bright living spaces, designed for urban residents who demand quality finishes and clarity of volumes.
