Wavre – New Technical Hub
Construction of a new municipal technical hub.
The new technical hub for the City of Wavre, designed by H2A Ir Architecte & Associés, aims to centralize and modernize the municipal technical services. The site will bring together administrative offices, workshops, storage areas and waste management zones, offering an integrated and functional working environment.
The project places strong emphasis on sustainability and landscape integration, with nearly 50% of the surface area dedicated to green spaces. A new road, accompanied by cycling and pedestrian facilities, will improve the mobility and accessibility of the site.
Designed to meet the technical and operational needs of the municipal services, this technical hub illustrates a modern, efficient and environmentally responsible approach.
