For the past four years, we have been ISO 14001 certified for our three sites: Dherte Flobecq, Dherte Namur, and Menuiserie de Ghislenghien. This year, we have been recertified for another three-year period, confirming our ongoing commitment to improving our environmental performance.
ISO 14001 is an international standard that guides companies in managing their environmental impact. This certification demonstrates our ability to implement effective processes to reduce our ecological footprint while optimizing the use of natural resources, energy, and water. It helps us to better manage our waste, comply with environmental regulations, and integrate sustainable practices into every project.

The CO2 Performance Scale at Dherte: A responsible and sustainable approach
At Dherte, we believe that sustainable entrepreneurship is essential to building a better future. As a socially responsible construction company, we are committed to playing an active role in reducing our carbon footprint. That is why we have decided to implement the CO2 performance scale, a valuable tool for measuring and reducing our energy consumption and CO2 emissions.
The CO2 performance ladder is a management system initiated by the SKAO (Foundation for Climate-Friendly Purchasing and Business), which aims to encourage companies to act more responsibly in terms of their environmental impact. Using this tool, we record our efforts to reduce our emissions, while implementing concrete actions to optimize our processes and resource management.
This approach not only allows us to manage our projects more efficiently, but also to achieve significant savings in energy consumption, while promoting the use of sustainable materials and renewable energies. The CO2 performance scale is a strategic lever that generates benefits both in terms of our internal management and the quality of our achievements.
We are committed to continuing to move forward in this direction, convinced that building a sustainable future requires concrete and measurable actions.
Our goal is to reduce our CO2 footprint by 20% over the next five years, in order to achieve this target by 2028. In addition, we are aiming for a 40% reduction within 10 years, by 2033.
