Home Delano
Construction of a 32-room accommodation centre with landscaped green spaces.
The project concerns the construction of a new accommodation centre for young people in PĂ©ruwelz, intended to welcome a vulnerable population within a structured, secure environment adapted to their specific needs.
Located on rue de Jaunay-Clan, the building continues the mission of Home Delano, a residential service for young people offering educational, pedagogical and therapeutic support to adolescents and young adults facing social, behavioural or intellectual difficulties.
The project provides for the construction of a contemporary infrastructure comprising 32 rooms, organised in a way that fosters both communal living and individualised support.
The layout of the spaces aims to provide a structuring living environment conducive to the development of autonomy, social integration and the well-being of residents.
The building's design incorporates communal living spaces, support facilities and areas dedicated to educational activities, in line with the multidisciplinary approach implemented within the institution. This organisation ensures appropriate supervision, promoting the personal development and skill-building of each young person.
On a technical level, the project is divided into two separate contracts:
- a first lot dedicated to structural works and finishing,
- a second lot covering special techniques, including heating, sanitary, ventilation and electrical installations.
This project is part of a drive to modernise existing infrastructure, aiming to enhance the quality of care and support conditions at Home Delano, while meeting current requirements in terms of functionality, safety and comfort.
