Anderlecht Motown
Construction of a building with 64 housing units on the edge of the Scheutbos.
The Motown Parc project in Anderlecht consists of the construction of 64 residential housing units on the edge of the Scheutbos park, harmoniously integrating contemporary architecture with the natural environment. The complex is made up of several small-scale buildings, designed to offer brightness, comfort and functionality to each home.
The façades alternate bronze-coloured aluminium panels, grey bricks and large glazed bay windows, allowing maximum natural light and opening onto balconies or terraces facing due south. The homes include studios, 1- to 3-bedroom apartments and penthouses, with through-living rooms for optimal quality of life.
The layout favours green spaces, with the planting of trees and the creation of interior gardens, as well as sustainable solutions such as green roofs, solar panels and rainwater harvesting. The project is set within a well-connected urban context, close to services and public transport, while offering a calm and green atmosphere directly linked to the Scheutbos park.
The construction site illustrates a modern approach to housing, combining aesthetics, comfort and respect for the environment.
