The Les Haleurs – Les Amarres site, located in Ath, is an ambitious residential project combining comfort, sustainability and a pleasant living environment. It includes the construction of 61 low-energy homes, designed to offer a friendly and bright environment, ideal for families.
Phases 1, 2 and 3 of the project resulted in the delivery of 49 fully completed homes. The last phase is currently underway and includes 12 homes. Each home benefits from living spaces open to the garden, a terrace, and optimal energy performance.
The project stands out for its harmonious integration into the landscape along the Blaton-Ath canal, with outdoor layouts designed to promote well-being and conviviality.
