Renovation of 2 apartment buildings
The renovation of the two residential towers on Place de Lorette in Ath is a large-scale project aimed at thoroughly modernising these residential buildings while improving their energy performance and occupant comfort.
This project includes a complete renovation of the building envelope and technical installations. The façades are being fitted with external insulation to optimise energy efficiency, while the roofs are being fully renovated and insulated. The existing window frames are being replaced with high-performance joinery meeting current thermal and acoustic insulation requirements.
Inside the buildings, the technical installations are being modernised to ensure reliable and durable operation. The heating and ventilation systems, as well as the sanitary equipment, are being renewed in the dwellings, helping to improve residents' everyday comfort.
Beyond the technical renovation, this project also aims to bring the buildings up to standard in terms of safety and energy performance, ensuring the longevity of these two residential buildings for years to come.
