Construction of a building with 41 residential units.
The project aims to revitalize a former abandoned industrial site located on the outskirts of the city. This urban redevelopment involves the construction of 41 apartments as well as a covered parking area, organized around a central green island that forms the landscaped heart of the site.
The development also includes an internal pedestrian pathway that easily connects the various streets bordering the plot and ensures good permeability of the site. In line with a sustainable mobility approach, the project encourages soft modes of transport through the installation of a large bicycle parking area within the residential complex.
