Fleurus – DCB Block A

Construction of 33 apartments and 10 houses

After completing the Integrated Administrative Centre (CAI) for the City of Fleurus, we have just finished an apartment building and the houses as part of the new "Renaissance" district project.

The Résidence Cortona and Arezzo is a building of 33 apartments connected by a basement, which we successfully carried out for the developer DCB, in addition to the 10 houses.

A distinctive feature of this project lies in its heating system: it is supplied by an urban district heating network, meaning that no boiler is installed in the apartments.
