Mouscron VIV Résidence Services
Construction of an apartment building intended for a serviced residence.
The Senior Residence La Verdure project in Mouscron is part of the development of an innovative residential concept, halfway between private housing and medicalised accommodation.
Conceived as a "services residence 2.0", the project offers fully equipped apartments designed to meet the specific needs of seniors while preserving their independence. Each dwelling, pre-furnished and functional, incorporates advanced safety features, such as emergency call systems, as well as fittings that promote comfort and accessibility.
The project stands out through a hybrid approach, positioned more as a "medicalised hotel" than as a traditional rest home-type structure. It thus combines residential independence with permanent medical supervision, thanks to the continuous availability of a care team.
The building complex integrates a wide range of services and facilities designed to improve residents' quality of life: on-site catering, wellness spaces (fitness, sauna), concierge services, laundry, as well as mobility solutions and day-to-day support. This flexible organisation, based on modular service packages, allows the level of services to be adapted to the evolving needs of occupants.
The project also responds to a structured real estate investment logic, offering solutions in both purchase and rental, with simplified management and supervised return-on-investment prospects.
Through this development, Résidence La Verdure offers a new approach to senior living, combining comfort, safety, services and independence, in an environment designed to support ageing with complete peace of mind.
