Forest Village Block A
Construction of a development comprising 155 housing units, 2 shops, 2 offices and 155 parking spaces.
Phase 2 of the Forest Village project aims to create a complete urban block comprising 155 housing units spread across 12 residential entities. The development is complemented by parking spaces, private gardens as well as a large communal garden intended to offer a shared landscaped space for residents.
This block will also integrate a mix of functions, with the establishment of shops and economic activities such as offices, SMEs and services, contributing to the liveliness and vitality of the neighbourhood.
The public spaces of the project include the creation and development of roadways, open-air parking spaces, pavements, as well as the planting of high-stem trees, either isolated or in alignment. A square laid out as a central public space will structure the whole and provide a meeting and relaxation area at the heart of the project.
