Walcourt CPAS - Site Verlaine
Located on the plot of the former Brichart industrial site in Walcourt, this project made it possible to preserve and enhance two witnesses of the site's past: the director's house and a small stable. The site, situated at the confluence of the Eau d'Heure and the Eau d'Yves, forms the link between the medieval upper town, around the Basilica, and the lower town, more industrial in character, close to the station.
We carried out the construction of 14 housing units and a crèche, paying particular attention to the integration of the buildings into their surroundings and to the quality of execution of the outdoor spaces.
