Ongoing construction site | Rixensart Swimming Pool
Dherte is currently hard at work on the complete renovation of the Rixensart municipal swimming pool!
Currently on site: dismantling and reinforcement of the roof. The installation of the new roofing system on the changing room section is underway, the pool section will follow!
Coming soon: our teams will move inside for electrical works, plastering and finishing.
The project includes:
- Complete refurbishment of the pools and pool decks
- Renovation of the changing rooms and sanitary facilities
- Replacement of the central heating system
- Thermal insulation of the building envelope (roofs and frames)
- Compliance with accessibility standards for PRM (persons with reduced mobility)
- Refreshment of the reception area and common spaces
- Replacement of interior coverings and tiling
