New project in Binche!
Dherte is on site for the construction of five residential buildings, as part of the redevelopment of the former convent of the Sisters of Charity of Our Lady of Bonne-Espérance.
The project in figures:
→ 5 buildings (blocks A to E)
→ 46 apartments
→ 1 shared underground car park of 1,323 m²: 46 parking spaces and 19 private storage cellars
→ 1 second basement level (B-2) under block E, dedicated to private storage cellars
→ New access roads, including one that bypasses the château to serve blocks D and E and the entrance to the underground car park.
