The conversion project of the Galerie du Centre in La Louvière has officially begun.
This project is part of an urban revitalization initiative, with a complete transformation of the existing site while preserving the current façade, a strong architectural feature of the building.
This approach makes it possible to maintain the identity of the place while meeting contemporary needs.
The programme includes:
- 2 commercial units
- 10 social housing units
- An underground car park with 30 spaces
- A shared green space
Two new buildings will structure this ensemble, contributing to the mix of functions and the attractiveness of the city centre.
