Progress continues on the Dherte site in Uccle!
Construction of the new school for Institut Montjoie - Marie Immaculée, and some great milestones have just been reached 👇
The shell and core works are finished! Concrete, masonry, steel structure and timber structure are now in place.
Heading to the next stage: making the building fully weathertight, with:

Roof waterproofing

Installation of the window frames

Installation of the timber cladding
At the same time, the finishing works are progressing:

HVAC, plumbing and electricity

Fire-retardant and anti-yellowing varnish on the timber structure

Start of the plaster partition walls
