Dherte on the Molenbeek Delaunoy construction site
An ambitious project is taking shape in the Molenbeek neighbourhood: the conversion of an existing building with preservation of the historic facade into 18 social housing units and a community space, spread across two new buildings.
📍 Overall progress — Finishing and second fix phase
The teams are advancing on several fronts simultaneously, a sign of rigorous coordination between trades:
▸ External drainage & surrounding works — networks currently being finalised ▸ Delaunoy Building:
- laying of flexible floor coverings and tiling
- painting and installation of special technical systems

- boiler room works

This construction site illustrates the complexity of an operation carried out on two distinct structures in parallel, in a demanding urban rehabilitation context. The preservation of the front facade imposes specific technical constraints that our teams are integrating with precision.
