Progress update on one of our projects currently underway in Forest.
- Blocks A1 to A6 — Finishing phase
Flooring, kitchens, interior fittings: the essentials are in place. The team is now focusing on the common areas, terraces, and the final facade finishes. - Second half of the site — End of structural works
Roofing and HVAC installations underway on the last blocks. Screeds are progressing and currently cover three quarters of the 12 blocks. - Parking level -1
Drainage slab concreting in progress. - Resources deployed
Around 100 workers per day, with simultaneous coordination of a wide variety of trades: reinforcement, concreting, tiling, interior joinery...
