Dherte is continuing the energy renovation of the Moretus Plantin University Library (BUMP) in Namur.
This project reconciles two requirements: achieving a high level of energy performance and preserving the identity of a building listed as part of Wallonia’s tangible cultural heritage.
Interior renovation: finishing works phase
- Installation of floor coverings
- Interior joinery (doors and fixed furniture)
- Wall tiling in the sanitary facilities
- Active suspended ceilings with climate lamellae completed
- Building services installed, currently being adjusted and commissioned
🔹 New external building
- Start of installation of the prefabricated façade elements
- Start of the HVAC and electrical embedding works
🔹 Forecourt
- Removal of the flint slabs
- Replacement of the waterproofing
