Wavre
Dherte continues the development of the new municipal technical hub in Wavre, where the structural works have now been completed.
The project is entering its next phase: interior masonry, roofing works, and window frame installation, with an external wooden cladding planned to enhance the architectural quality of the complex.
This innovative technical hub includes offices, workshops, storage areas, and a waste management center designed to optimize logistics. A new 740-meter road infrastructure, including roads and cycle/pedestrian paths, will improve accessibility, while stormwater basins will ensure sustainable rainwater management.
Each stage reflects Dherte’s expertise in designing and delivering complex projects, combining functionality, sustainability, and urban integration, in service of the community.
