Green light for the IPPJ Forest project.
Housed in the former Victor Horta boarding school, this project pursues a dual ambition: renovating an Art Deco heritage building while creating a suitable environment for Brussels youth.
At Dherte, we are honoured to contribute to a project of this scale.
The project is structured in several phases:
- Renovation of existing buildings
- Reconstruction and extension of the main building
- Creation of classrooms and a sports area
- Landscaping of the park, including a pond, natural areas and an outdoor sports field
The technical challenges match the stakes: heritage preservation, environmental management of green spaces, full site security — all carried out with the utmost care for the existing structures.
