Dherte is transforming the municipal administration of Walcourt!
Our team is carrying out the complete renovation of the Town Hall and the former Justice of the Peace building, with a clear objective: comfort, energy performance, and high-quality spaces. Full insulation, double-flow ventilation, new technical installations, and modern layouts are all part of the program.
At the heart of the project, we are rethinking the interior spaces, creating new openings, staircases and PRM-accessible lift shafts, while modernizing the roofs and ensuring complete asbestos removal. The finishes, from custom-made furniture to high-performance acoustic coverings, reflect the professionalism of our team.
This project also highlights the heritage value of the site, with the restoration of the historic double door and the preservation of the original ceiling.
